COMPULSORY SITE MEETING: A compulsory site visit will take place as follows - Date: 10 September 2024 Time: 13.00 PM

Venue: Corner End and Mark Streets, Die Bult, Carnarvon 

GPS Coordinates: Latitude: 30.967031, Longitude: 22.123836 

Persons attending the clarification meeting and site visit must be duly authorised to represent the bidder. Any bid submitted by a bidder not represented at the clarification meeting will be rejected.

Technical submissions should preferably be in searchable PDF format

PREFERENTIAL PROCUREMENT SYSTEM: 

The 90/10 price and preference points system, as prescribed by Section 4 of the Preferential Procurement 

Regulations, 2022 issued under the Preferential Procurement Policy Framework Act, (Act No 5 of 2000) (PPPFA) will be applied to evaluate this tender. 

EVALUATION CRITERIA: 

Only bids which satisfy the minimum functionality scores in Stages 2.1 & 2.2 of the Functionality Evaluation will be evaluated further on price and preference. Failure to do so will result in a bid being held to be non-responsive and, therefore, disqualified.
