National Science Month 1- 31 July 2026 kicks off

South Africa is celebrating National Science Month from 1 – 31 July 2026. National Science Month brings together key stakeholders, educators, learners, researchers, and the public to celebrate science, technology, and innovation through engagement activities, exhibitions, and awareness programmes.

SARAO is participating with tailored events throughout the month, kicking off with a new spin on its popular Mission MeerKAT comic series, during which the characters get up to all kinds of shenanigans, tagging along to all the SARAO events this month.
