Artisan Training Programmes

The SARAO Artisan Training programme aims at developing skilled artisans from the local community. To date, 120 artisans trained to become fiber technicians, IT technicians, electricians, boilermakers, fitters and turners, mechanics, and instrument control technicians. The Artisan Training centre is currently being relocated and expanded to accommodate more trades and students.
