The Women for Africa Foundation (MxA) has officially opened applications for its post-doctoral fellowship program, aiming to empower African women taking the lead in scientific research and technology transfer. With astronomy, mathematics, and climate change among the core priority areas, this is an incredible opportunity for African women researchers to drive innovation and impact across the continent.

🔹 What’s on offer: A 6-month continuous post-doctoral fellowship at a prestigious Spanish Center of Excellence (to be completed in 2027).
🔹 Benefits: Monthly living allowance (€1,976), return flights, visa fees support, and access to the N.O.W. Is Africa Network.
🔹 Eligibility: Women with nationality and residence in an African country, holding a PhD, and currently employed/contracted by an African research institution or university.
