His work directly contributes to NRF-SARAO’s operational efficiency and financial integrity.

Eltino brings over 13 years of financial and asset management experience, having worked in various finance roles across different organisations such as Mettle Credit Services and Business Equipment Asset Finance.

His academic background in finance and auditing has further strengthened his expertise. He holds a National Higher Certificate in Accountancy; National Diploma in Accountancy; BTech in Taxation, and an Advanced Diploma in Internal Auditing.
