Masindi Tshinyani – Intellectual Property Officer

Masindi Tshinyani is passionate about intellectual property management and the commercialisation of publicly funded research. She has more than three years of experience in university technology transfer, where she has supported IP identification and disclosure, prior-art searching, patentability assessment, portfolio management, seed-fund administration, researcher workshops, and stakeholder reporting. Masindi holds a BSc (Honours) in Agricultural Sciences and is currently completing a Master of Intellectual Property Management at Tongji University, China, having already finished the residential phase of the programme.
